    Bajaj CT 100.

Bajaj has silently launched a bare-bones version of the standard CT 100, badged CT 100B, where B stands for Beta.

The Bajaj CT 100B is powered by the same 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers 8.08bhp and 0.82kgm of torque. While the CT 100 has an ARAI-claimed fuel economy of 89.5kpl, this figure should be higher on the CT 100B since it is lighter. While the exact figures of the motorcycle are unknown, its pricing is at around Rs 31,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

To lower the price, Bajaj has made a number of changes to the motorcycle including a new round headlight instead of a cowl, and a new black-tinted rear brake pedal instead of the chrome one. The aluminium grab handle has been replaced with a steel plain unit, and now features a luggage rack too.

The motorcycle continues to come with decals on the tank and side, and a silver- coloured engine. The exhaust, extra-long seat and the suspension are also as seen on the CT 100.
