The price for the Aprilia SXR 125 has been revealed on the company’s website.

    • It costs Rs 11,000 less than the SXR 160

    • Ex-showroom Pune price is the lowest

    • SXR 125’s launch has been delayed

The Aprilia India website has prices for the SXR 125 listed in the booking section. The upcoming scooter has been priced at Rs 1,14,994 (ex-showroom, Pune) and Rs 1,16,358 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Powering the SXR 125 is the same engine that you get in the SR 125. While it makes 9.9hp and 9.7Nm on the SR, it puts out 9.5hp and 9.2Nm on the SXR. It also gets the wide 120/70-12 tyres and 7 litre fuel tank capacity like the SXR 160.

    Aprilia SXR 125: features

Features like all-LED lights, USB charging port, digital instrument cluster and the optional Bluetooth connectivity are also available on the lower-capacity SXR model. However, since this is a 125cc scooter, it only gets CBS or Combined braking system instead of ABS. Aprilia’s SXR 125 will be available in four colours- Matt Black, Glossy White, Matt Blue and Glossy Red. These are the same as the ones available on the SXR 160.

The Aprilia SXR 125 can be booked by paying Rs 5,000 at any Aprilia dealership in the country. Alternatively, customers can also book the scooter online at the Aprilia India website. However, due to the current situation, the SXR 125’s launch has been postponed.
