The Dominar 400, the flagship motorcycle under the Bajaj brand, was last updated in 2021. It seems like Bajaj will soon introduce a minor update on the Dominar 400 because the bike has been spotted with the same LCD display as the Pulsar NS400Z.
- Dominar 400 could soon get a feature-related update
- Seen with the same dash as the Pulsar NS400Z
- It could also get an electronic throttle, ABS modes
The Dominar 400 is a sport-tourer using the older 373cc engine from the Bajaj-KTM partnership, and the bike has been around in its current generation for nearly five years. The Dominar’s LCD display was one that was only used on the brand’s 250 and 400 models and not shared with any other Bajaj bike. Also, that display has an uncommon layout, with the tachometer at the bottom of the screen cascading upwards, and crucially, it lacked a gear position indicator.

With this update, Bajaj seems to be working on streamlining the manufacturing process of its own 400cc models by using the same display on both the Dominar and the Pulsar NS400Z. Since the Pulsar NS400Z uses an electronic throttle, we could also see the same debut on the Dominar soon. This would mean that the Dominar could also come with riding modes and ABS modes, the same as the Pulsar.
Currently, the Bajaj Dominar 400 is priced at Rs 2.32 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), and with this update, we could see a small price increase.
