Ola had announced a discount on its products in December 2023, which was expected to last till February 2024. However, Ola has now updated and extended the discount period until March 31, 2024. The Ola range of scooters has seen a price slash across the range, and they go as follows:

    1. Maximum discount of Rs 25,000
    2. S1 Pro Gen 2 gets a lower-res TFT display

The Ola S1 X+ was launched at a price of Rs 1.10 lakh, but is now available for Rs 84,999, which is a whole Rs 25,000 off. The Ola S1 X can be had in three configurations – 2kWh (Rs 79,999), 3kWh (Rs 89,999) and 4kWh (Rs 1.10 lakh) – and the S1 X+ that's priced at Rs 85,000.

The Ola S1 Air was launched at a price of Rs 1.20 lakh, but until March 31, is available for Rs 1.05 lakh. The S1 Air has an IDC-claimed range of 150km and produces a peak output of 6kW.

The Ola S1 Pro, launched at Rs 1.47 lakh, is now available at Rs 1.30 lakh, and it continues to get a 4kWh battery pack that produces a max output of 11kW. Ola says that improved software has helped increase range; 180km in Eco mode (vs 170km) and 143km in Normal mode (vs 135km). The S1 Pro Gen 2 gets a telescopic front fork with a flat floorboard and the rear section now uses a conventional dual-sided swingarm.

The redesigned motor now produces a lower continuous power output of 5kW (vs 5.5kW on the Gen 1 model), but a higher peak power of 11kW (vs 8.5kW). The scooter still ships with a 750W portable charger, and Ola claims the same 6.5 hours charge time from zero to full. The 7-inch TFT display is also unchanged, but it is now a lower resolution unit.

The Ola e-scooter range spans across three models that rivals a whole host of models from Ather, TVS, Bajaj and River.
