Since Royal Enfield announced that it will launch the Guerrilla 450 on July 17, there has been a steady influx of new information about the neo-retro roadster based on the Himalayan’s platform.

    1. Top variant to use Himalayan’s Tripper TFT dash
    2. Lower variants to use same dash as Hunter, Scram
    3. Engine likely to make same 40hp, 40Nm as Himalayan

Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 display options, colour scheme details

Just yesterday, we reported that the Guerrilla 450 is expected to come with a semi-digital display (likely the same unit seen on the Hunter, Meteor, Scram, Shotgun, and Super Meteor). That seems to be the case, but we have now uncovered images that show a Guerrilla 450 with a TFT display, the same as the Himalayan.

That gives away the fact that the roadster will be offered in multiple variants and that the top variants will use the fancier TFT, while the lower ones will get the digi-analogue dash with the small Tripper pod. If Royal Enfield is to price the Guerrilla 450 aggressively (and all signs point to that), it could even forego the Tripper pod on the lowest variant.

What can also be seen is that the TFT-equipped Guerrilla 450 is finished in a dual-tone red/gold paint scheme. This gives us a hint that the higher-spec variants will get dual-tone paint schemes like we’ve seen on most Royal Enfield models.

Expect more details in the coming days with the launch of the Guerrilla 450, just a couple of weeks away. We expect the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 to start at around Rs 2.30 lakh and go up to Rs 2.70 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, India). We will be riding the Guerrilla 450 soon, so stay tuned for our reviews and keep an eye on our social media handles for the latest updates.
