Discounts of up to Rs 57,000 on Maruti Swift, Alto, Wagon R in August

    The Alto 800 was discontinued earlier this year, but unsold units are still on sale and get discounts.

    Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts of up to Rs 57,000 across select cars in its Arena line-up for August 2023. Customers can avail of exchange bonuses, cash discounts and corporate benefits on both petrol and CNG models of the Alto K10, Alto 800, Celerio, S Presso, Wagon R, Dzire, Swift and more.

    Maruti Suzuki Swift

    Up to Rs 57,000 off

    The Swift gets a total discount of up to Rs 57,000 for all petrol-manual variants. However, the LXi manual and petrol automatic variants only get discounts of up to Rs 52,000. The CNG-powered Swift, on the other hand, gets discounts of up to Rs 22,000.

    The Swift is powered by a 90hp, 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine that comes with both 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox options. It rivals the likes of the recently facelifted Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Tata Tiago.

    Maruti Suzuki Alto K10

    Up to Rs 57,000 off

    The Alto K10, which was launched in August 2022, is powered by a 67hp, 89Nm, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, K10C petrol engine. While all manual gearbox variants of the Alto K10 get discounts worth Rs 57,000, the automatic gearbox variants get discounts amounting to Rs 32,000, while the CNG variants get discounts of up to Rs 52,000.

    Maruti Suzuki S Presso

    Up to Rs 56,000 off

    All variants of the petrol and CNG-powered Maruti Suzuki S Presso with a manual gearbox get total discounts of up to Rs 56,000. However, the automatic gearbox-equipped variants get discounts of up to Rs 32,000.

    The S Presso was updated in July 2022 with a more fuel efficient 67hp K10C engine, and more safety features, including ESP, which is standard on the automatic variants.

    Maruti Suzuki Celerio

    Up to Rs 56,000 off

    The Celerio is also powered by a 67hp, 1.0-litre petrol engine and comes with either a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox option. For August 2023, Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts of up to Rs 56,000 on both the petrol and CNG manual variants. However, the AMT-equipped variants get discounts of up to Rs 41,000, which is Rs 10,000 more than what was offered in July 2023.

    Maruti Suzuki Wagon R

    Up to Rs 51,000 off

    Maruti Suzuki is offering a total discount of up to Rs 51,000 on all variants of the Wagon R –1.0-litre and 1.2-litre petrol – that come with a manual gearbox. The petrol AGS variants equipped with an auto get discounts up to Rs 26,000, while the CNG-powered VXi and LXi variants are available with benefits of up to Rs 51,000.

    Maruti Suzuki Eeco

    Up to Rs 39,000 off

    Updated back in November 2022 with a new engine and added features, the Eeco gets a total discount of up to Rs 39,000 on its petrol-powered variants. The CNG-equipped variants get a total discount of up to Rs 33,100.

    Maruti Suzuki Alto 800

    Up to Rs 35,000 off

    The remaining stock of the now-discontinued Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 is available with a discount of up to Rs 15,000, which is half of what was offered last month. The offer applies to all variants, excluding the STD. Additionally, all CNG-powered variants receive discounts of up to Rs 15,000.

    Maruti Suzuki Dzire

    Up to Rs 10,000 off

    As the compact sedan counterpart of the Swift, the Dzire rivals the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze and Tata Tigor. It comes with the same 90hp, 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine as the Swift and comes mated to either a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. This month, both AMT and MT variants of the Dzire get discounts of up to Rs 10,000, while the CNG variants receive no such discounts.
