The Ferrari 12Cilindri will go on sale in India soon, with an official launch likely in the next month or two and deliveries beginning in the second half of the year. However, orders have been open for some time now and official India prices have been revealed. The Ferrari 12Cilindri price in India starts at Rs 8.5 crore (ex-showroom, India) for the coupe and Rs 9.15 crore for the open-top Spider version.
- Available as Coupe and Spider at launch
- Will come with some options as standard
- Naturally aspirated V12 produces 830hp
Ferrari 12Cilindri is the replacement for the 812 Superfast
Powered by a new evolution of the brand’s fabled naturally aspirated V12 engine, the Ferrari 12Cilindri is the latest in a long line of front engine, two door grand touring supercars. The 6.5-litre unit now produces 830hp and powers the rear wheels through an 8-speed transaxle dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
With this new model, the Italian sportscar maker has managed to extend the life of its V12 engine in its purest form, without the addition of turbocharging or electrification, as has been the case across most other models in its range. As such, the very name is a tribute to the engine, and the design borrows cues from illustrious V12 ‘berlinettas’ of the past, notably the 365 GTB/4 Daytona.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri will rival the V12-powered Aston Martin Vanquish, which is also due to make its India launch next month. Unlike most Ferrari models where the convertible is introduced a few years after the coupe, both versions of the 12Cilindri will be available from the very start.
Ferrari 12Cilindri in India will get some options as standard
While Ferrari is famous, perhaps notorious, for its long and expensive options catalogue where even some basic features need to be specified additionally, that won’t be the case in India for the 12Cilindri. As has been the case with all recent launches, dealers promise that the price will be inclusive of a few basic options.

While the specifics are not clear, these are likely to include items Indian customers regularly select, such as the nose lift function, Scuderia Ferrari shields on the front fenders and painted brake calipers. A basic level of interior trim customisation will also likely be included, and all this is should, somewhat, serve to help offset the asking price.
Ferrari 12Cilindri price lower than Purosangue
The asking price, incidentally, is lower than that of the Ferrari Purosangue, the brand’s highly sought-after SUV, which was launched at a staggering Rs 10.5 crore in 2024. Also powered by the naturally aspirated V12, the high-tech AWD four-door has found some lucky takers in India, despite very limited allocations, and the order books are full well into 2026.
Other upcoming launches from Ferrari are at present unclear, but likely to follow are more track-focused ‘Speciale’ or ‘Pista’ version of the 296 GTB, a new iteration or successor to the Roma and, of course, the hotly anticipated Ferrari EV.
