Hyundai Alcazar discounts increased to Rs 90,000 ahead of facelift

    Creta, i20 N Line and Ioniq 5 are not available with any discounts this month.

    Hyundai is offering attractive benefits on most of the models in its line-up this month. These benefits can be availed in the form of cash discounts, and exchange and corporate bonuses. Just like last month, the only models that do not get any discounts this August include the Creta, the Creta N Line, the i20 N Line, as well as the flagship Ioniq 5.

    Hyundai Alcazar

    Benefits of up to Rs 90,000

    The Hyundai Alcazar is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 90,000 this month on both, petrol and diesel variants. The Alcazar is available in 6-seater and 7-seater versions, and gets a choice of two engines – a 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with manual and dual-clutch auto options, and a 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel with manual and torque converter options. The SUV is set to receive a mid-lifecycle update soon.

    Hyundai Tucson

    Benefits of up to Rs 50,000

    The Tucson gets Rs 25,000 and Rs 50,000 off on the petrol and diesel variants, respectively. The Jeep Compass and Volkswagen Tiguan rival is powered by either a 156hp, 2.0-litre petrol or a 186hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine. Both get a 6-speed automatic as standard, but the diesel is the only one to get AWD as an option. 

    Hyundai Venue, Venue N Line

    Benefits of up to Rs 60,000

    Hyundai is offering the Venue with benefits worth up to Rs 60,000 on the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol MT powertrain, up to Rs 55,000 on the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol DCT, and up to Rs 50,000 on the 1.2-litre NA petrol variants. The 1.5-litre diesel variants are being offered with no benefits this month. The sportier Venue N Line gets a discount of Rs 55,000 as standard across all variants.

    Hyundai Verna

    Benefits of up to Rs 40,000

    The Hyundai Verna is currently available with discounts of up to Rs 40,000 including a cash discount of Rs 15,000, a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus and Rs 5,000 scrappage bonus. The benefits are available on all variants of the Honda City, Skoda Slavia and Volkswagen Virtus-rivalling sedan.

    Hyundai i20

    Benefits of up to Rs 50,000

    Hyundai is offering discounts of up to Rs 50,000 on the i20’s manual variants this month, while benefits of up to Rs 35,000 are available on the CVT (auto) variants. The Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Toyota Glanza and Tata Altroz rival is priced from Rs 7.04 lakh to Rs 11.21 lakh.

    Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

    Benefits of up to Rs 53,000

    The Grand i10 Nios gets a 1.2-litre petrol engine that's mated to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The same engine is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit. The engine produces 83hp and 113Nm when running on petrol, and 69hp and 95Nm on CNG. There's a maximum discount of Rs 53,000 on the CNG and petrol-MT variants, while the petrol-AMT variants get up to Rs 43,000 off this month.

    Hyundai Aura

    Benefits of up to Rs 48,000

    Benefits on the Hyundai Aura go up to Rs 48,000 for the CNG variants, and up to Rs 28,000 for petrol variants. The sedan is priced from Rs 6.49 lakh to Rs 9.05 lakh, and rivals the Maruti Dzire, Honda Amaze and Tata Tigor.

    Hyundai Exter

    Benefits of up to Rs 20,000

    The Hyundai Exter is available with a cash discount of Rs 20,000 this month. However, the entry-level EX and EX(O) variants have been exempted from any benefits. The Tata Punch and Citroen C3 rival is priced from Rs 6.13 lakh to Rs 10.43 lakh.
