    Hyundai Venue S(O) + what’s new?

The new variant sits between the S(O) (Rs 9.89 lakh) and SX (Rs 11.05 lakh) variants. Over the former, it just gets an electric sunroof, which was previously offered from the SX variant onwards. Do note that the new S(O) + variant is only available with the 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Despite the new variant, the Hyundai Venue isn’t the most affordable compact SUV in India to offer a sunroof. At Rs 8.99 lakh, the Mahindra XUV 3XO MX2 Pro retains the title.

Hyundai Venue S(O) + other features

Apart from a sunroof, the new Venue variant also gets LED projector headlamps with Daytime Running Lamps, an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument cluster, and more. Safety features include six airbags, a TPMS, ESC, HAC, a rear camera, and so on.
