Maruti Swift discounts increase in December 2024

    Year-end discounts and benefits on select Maruti Arena cars has increased since Diwali.

    New car dealers across the spectrum are currently focusing on clearing unsold inventory before the year ends. Maruti’s Arena line-up – comprising a range of body styles from budget hatchbacks like the Alto K10 and Celerio to SUVs like the Brezza – is being offered at attractive year-end discounts. Here’s what you need to know.

    Maruti Swift discounts in December 2024

    Save up to Rs 60,000

    Discounts on the current-gen Swift are up by Rs 10,000 on some variants, with total benefits crossing the Rs 60,000 mark. It comes with the new Z Series 82hp, 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, which also powers the new Dzire. Discounts on the Swift CNG has gone up too, by Rs 35,000, during this month, and now stands at Rs 55,000.

    Maruti Wagon R discounts in December 2024

    Save up to Rs 45,000

    Benefits on the Wagon R continue to be the same as last month. The practical tall-boy hatchback is available with discounts of around Rs 45,000 for the 67hp, 1.0-litre petrol versions and Rs 49,700 for the more potent 90hp, 1.2-litre versions. Discounts on the Wagon R CNG, which is the most popular of the lot and comes with a 57hp, 1.0-litre engine, is around Rs 40,000.

    Maruti Suzuki Celerio discounts in December 2024

    Save up to Rs 45,000

    The Celerio sits on the same platform as the Alto and S-Presso but is a larger hatchback overall. It shares the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine and gearbox options as well. Discounts and benefits on the Celerio range from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000, depending on the variant and location.

    Maruti Alto K10 discounts in December 2024

    Save up to Rs 40,000

    Discounts on the Alto K10 during December are to the tune of Rs 40,000, which is applicable for both, the 67hp petrol and the 57hp CNG variants. It comes with a tried-and-tested 1.0-litre engine that sees duty in other Maruti models too, and has manual and AMT gearbox options.

    Maruti S-Presso discounts in November 2024

    Save up to Rs 40,000

    The petrol-powered S-Presso line-up gets year-end discounts of around Rs 40,000 at most locations. Meanwhile, the S-Presso CNG gets Rs 45,000 in total benefits this month. The S-Presso comes with the same 1.0-litre engine and gearbox options as the Alto K10.

    Maruti Dzire (third gen) discounts in December 2024

    Save up to Rs 15,000

    While there is no discount being offered on the newly launched Dzire, the previous-gen model, which had the 90hp, 1.2-litre K Series engine, is still available at some locations. Official discounts on the third-gen Dzire, however, seem to be at around Rs 15,000. On the other hand, dealers tell us that more benefits can be availed, depending on the availability of unsold stock.

    Maruti Brezza discounts in December 2024

    Save up to Rs 15,000

    The Brezza gets Rs 15,000 in benefits, along with discounted accessory packages worth Rs 25,000 or Rs 15,000. The Kylaq-rivalling compact SUV comes with a tried and tested 103hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine or a 88hp, 1.5-litre petrol-CNG setup. The CNG-powered Brezza doesn’t have discounts during this month.
