    From the Jimny and XUV400 EV to the Kodiaq, there are big discounts on SUVs for every budget.

    With the 2023 calendar year coming to a close, carmakers and dealerships are looking to clear unsold inventory and, as such, are offering attractive discounts on a number of SUVs. We tell you some of the best deals you can get on the purchase of a brand new SUV this month.

    Citroen

    The C5 Aircross is Citroen's flagship offering in the country and gets benefits worth up to Rs 3.5 lakh on 2022 model year SUVs. Similarly, Citroen’s midsize SUV contender, the C3 Aircross, gets benefits worth Rs 1.5 lakh this year-end.

    Hyundai

    Hyundai’s Alcazar and Tucson SUVs are both available with discounts. The Alcazar gets benefits of up to Rs 35,000 on the petrol variants, while the diesel variants are listed with Rs 20,000 off. The Tucson, meanwhile, gets a massive cash discount of Rs 1.50 lakh, albeit only on the diesel variants.

    Jeep

    Jeep’s flagship Grand Cherokee SUV is available with huge discounts and benefits of Rs 11.85 lakh, on limited units of the SUV. The three-row Meridian, meanwhile, is now being offered with year-end benefits totalling Rs 4 lakh. Jeep’s entry-level SUV, the Compass, also gets discounts of up to Rs 90,000.

    Mahindra

    Mahindra’s all-electric XUV400 is being offered with massive benefits of up to Rs 4.2 lakh on the top-spec EL variant without ESC, while the entry-level EC variant is available with benefits of up to Rs 1.7 lakh. Meanwhile, the XUV300 gets benefits ranging between Rs 45,000-1.72 lakh, depending on the variant. The venerable Bolero also gets benefits of up to Rs 96,000, while the Bolero Neo can be had with benefits of up to Rs 1.11 lakh.

    Maruti Suzuki

    The biggest offer from Maruti is on the Jimny, with up to Rs 2 lakh benefits on both variants. Additionally, the Baleno-based Fronx also gets discounts of up to Rs 40,000 on some variants. Finally, the popular Grand Vitara SUV is also being offered with benefits of around Rs 25,000-35,000, depending on the variant.

    MG Motor

    MG’s Fortuner-rivalling Gloster, midsize Astor and all-electric ZS EV SUVs are all available with Rs 1.50 lakh off. This includes a Rs 1 lakh discount and exchange benefits worth Rs 50,000. Meanwhile, MG’s first product in India, the Hector SUV can be had with discounts of up to Rs 1 lakh, including a cash discount and exchange benefits.

    Skoda

    The Kushaq is available with up to Rs 1.25 lakh in discounts and benefits. Similarly, the range-topping Kodiaq SUV can be had with huge benefits of up to Rs 2.66 lakh this month, including cash discount, and exchange and corporate benefits. Buyers of both Skoda SUVs will also get a complementary 4 year/60,000km service package this month.

    Tata Motors 

    Although there are updated versions of both the Harrier and Safari, dealers still have some unsold stock of the older models. Hence, they are available with benefits of up to Rs 1.50 lakh, depending on the variant. Similarly, there are some tempting offers on the pre-facelift Nexon EV as well, which includes cash discounts and exchange benefits worth Rs 2.60 lakh on all variants of the Nexon EV Max, and Rs 1.90 lakh off on all variants of the Nexon EV Prime.

    Volkswagen

    Select variants of the Taigun are being offered with benefits worth up to Rs 1.46 lakh, which includes a cash discount, and exchange and corporate benefits. Meanwhile, VW’s range-topping Tiguan is available with benefits worth Rs 4.2 lakh, including a cash discount, exchange and corporate benefits, a 4-year service package and special benefits.
