    The Stealth Edition Harrier and Safari, displayed at Auto Expo 2025, have been launched. The starting price is Rs 25.10 lakh for the Harrier Stealth and Rs 25.75 lakh for the Safari Stealth. This new edition is limited to 2,700 units and is based on these Tata SUVs’ range-topping Dark variants: the Harrier Fearless + and Safari Accomplished +.

    The Harrier Stealth is priced at Rs 25.10 lakh or Rs 26.50 lakh, depending on the gearbox. Compared to the Harrier Fearless + Dark, it costs Rs 25,000 more.

    Tata has priced the Safari Stealth between Rs 25.75 lakh and Rs 27.25 lakh, Rs 25,000-45,000 higher than the equivalent Dark variant. The Safari Stealth is available in 6- and 7-seat configurations.

    Tata Safari, Harrier Stealth: what is different?

    While there aren’t any changes to the mechanicals or the features list, the Stealth versions sport a unique matte black colour, new 19-inch black alloy wheels, leatherette seats with a granite black finish, ‘Stealth’ badges in the cabin and on the outside, and minor tweaks to the dashboard finish.

    The features include Level 2 ADAS, seven airbags, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 10-speaker JBL audio system, connected car tech and dual-zone climate control. Both models are powered by the Stellantis-sourced 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that makes 170hp and 350Nm and is paired to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox.

    With the introduction of the Stealth Black versions, the price range of the Tata Harrier is Rs 14.99 lakh to Rs 26.50 lakh, and that of the Safari is Rs 15.50 lakh to Rs 27.25 lakh. In addition to the recently seen Mahindra Scorpio N Black Edition, rivals to Tata’s flagship SUVs include the Mahindra XUV700 and MG Hector.
