Toyota has introduced the new Festival Limited Edition of the Rumion MPV, following the Taisor and Glanza. Like the Festival Edition of these two models earlier, the new Rumion gets a complementary accessory package, available until October 31. The Rumion is currently priced between Rs 10.44 lakh and Rs 13.73 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

    1. Exterior accessories include chrome garnishes, door visors and mud flaps
    2. Interior gets new deluxe carpet mats
    3. Can be availed on all trims of the MPV

Toyota Rumion Festival Limited Edition: what’s new?

The accessory package includes chrome garnishes around the headlamps, rear door, rear bumper, and number plate housing. It also gets new side body cladding, a roof edge spoiler, chrome door visors, and new mud flaps.

Do note that this is a dealer-level accessory package, which would cost Rs 20,608 if purchased separately. It is available on all three trims (S, G, and V) of the Rumion.

However, there aren’t any major additions on the inside, as the accessory package only includes new deluxe carpet mats. The equipment list remains unchanged, which means the Rumion continues with features like a 7-inch touchscreen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, push-button start/stop, automatic climate control, keyless entry, and auto-fold ORVMs. Safety features include four airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, hill hold assist, and a rearview camera with parking sensors.

Under the hood, the Rumion Festival Limited Edition continues with the 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 103hp and 137Nm of torque. Gearbox options include a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The engine can also be had in CNG-spec, where it produces 88hp and 122Nm of torque.
