Volkswagen India has also authorised select dealers to offer a four-year Service Value Package worth Rs 86,000 and special benefits up to Rs 84,000. Priced at Rs 35.17 lakh, the Tiguan comes with a sole 190hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that sends power to all four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, and VW’s 4Motion system.
Volkswagen Taigun discounts December 2023
VW’s rival to the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, among others in the fiercely competitive midsize SUV segment, is available with a cash discount of up to Rs 40,000, exchange and corporate benefits up to Rs 40,000 and 30,000 respectively, and special benefits worth Rs 36,000. However, the maximum cash discount is only for the range-topping Taigun Topline AT without the powered front seats; this feature was added to the SUV recently.
Including all the recently launched limited-run models, the Taigun is currently priced between Rs 11.62 lakh-19.76 lakh. The SUV is on sale with 1.0-litre TSI and 1.5-litre TSI engine options, each with their respective manual and automatic gearboxes. The brand has also introduced a new Deep Black Pearl finish on the top-spec 1.0-litre Topline variant to push sales even further.
