First showcased in production form in September 2020, the all-electric Enyaq iV has also been spied testing in India. Skoda is expected to reveal prices for the electric crossover in March this year, marking the Czech brand’s entry into the Indian EV space. We will most likely get the range-topping Enyaq iV 80x, which comes with a 77kWh battery and dual motors (one on each axle, simulating AWD) that make 265hp. The battery pack is said to support 125kW DC fast charging, and can go 513km (WLTP) on a single charge.

The Enyaq iV is based on the VW Group’s born-electric MEB platform, which also underpins the Volkswagen ID 4 and Audi Q4 e-tron. The Skoda measures 4,648mm long and 1,877mm wide – it’s only slightly smaller than the Skoda Kodiaq, but it is strictly a two-row SUV.

Launched at the end of last year at Rs 8.89 crore (ex-showroom, before options), the Lamborghini Revuelto has also been displayed at the Skoda Auto Volkswagen India pavilion. The hybrid supercar gets an 825hp, 6.5-litre V12 that's paired to three electric motors to make 1,015hp. This propels the Revuelto from 0-100kph in 2.5 seconds on to a top speed of 325kph. Lamborghini says that the supercar is already sold out until 2026, and bookings are on hold.
