Lotus is expected to price the Emira under Rs 3 crore. (ex-showroom)

The Lotus Emira offers a 365hp, 2.0-litre turbo engine paired to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic and a 405hp, 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine.

The company claims that the Emira with the AMG-sourced 2.0L engine can reach a top speed of 275 km/h, while the V6 variant can go up to 290 km/h.

The Lotus Emira offers keyless go, automatic wipers, powered wing mirrors, a 10-channel KEF sound system, four airbags, ADAS features like adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning, and optional front parking sensors while rear sensors will be a standard feature.

The Lotus Emira competes with cars like the Porsche 718 Cayman and the Jaguar F-Type Coupe.
